Challenge: Tom was a private guitar instructor who wanted to scale his operations into a multi-instructor music school. His goal was to consistently enroll 30 new students monthly, giving him the growth he needed to bring on additional guitar teachers.
Solution:
We created a Facebook and Instagram ads campaign featuring Tom’s unique teaching methods and success stories from current students. Targeting teens and young adults with interests in music, we ran A/B tests on ads to find the most engaging formats, focusing on video ads that highlighted Tom’s teaching energy and skill and also retargeting all websites visitors with engaging creatives.
We also ran ads to recruit new teachers for Tom.
Results:
• Monthly Student Increase:
Tom quickly met his goal of 30 new students per month and even exceeded it, with 35 new enrollments by month three.
• Expanded Team:
Tom hired two additional guitar teachers to handle demand, allowing him to scale to a full music school.
